Who are personalities from non film world who could have made it in showbiz if they wanted or tried?

I saw pics of Maharani Gayatri Devi and Tiger Pataudi and wondered how charismatic they would have looked onscreen if they ever wanted to do films.images-4.jpegimages-3.jpeg

Shashi Tharoor - He could easily be a lead in those 70s films by Amol Palekar

I agree on Tharoor. He could have done well in 70s and even 60s. Except he got rid of his firangi accent. Otherwise he has that aura.

I also think NaMo would have made a great masala hero or a villain with his theatrical style of speaking and his dialogues would be hit like Bachchan or Rajini one liners.

Amit Shah would have also made a good villain or kingpin or don type figure in films.

I agree on Navya. I wish she joined films. Good looks and great height.

I feel Sachin Pilot could have easily done common man or intellectual roles. Vasundhara Raje was perfectly suited for rich or stern MIL roles. Lalu Prasad Yadav was best suited for comic roles.

In my opinion, Priyanka Gandhi was very beautiful. She had heroine type of face. So, I think she might look good on-screen. But I don't know about her acting skills.

Mahua Moitra is also someone who I think could have done rich or high society mom, businesswoman, elite type roles like Lilette Dubey is known to play high society lady or Anju Mahendroo used to play rich mom.

He's exactly that in real life, so i don't know if it can be called acting.

I think late Sheila Dixit could have easily suited those loving granny or aunt type roles.

I can easily imagine Amit Shah, Modi, Owaisi, Waris Pathan and Yogi Adityanath in epic clash of bigwigs or as villains and rival camps, warring factions.
