What I understand is that Virat does not have any romantic inclination for Pakhi. Neither is he over his past yet. But he has decided to move on on his marrige...even while Sai still affects him as is natural. The bitterness that Sai hid the fact that she was alive and moved on while he himself was wasting his life in misery - that is making him take this decision in haste and anger. He might not have made this decision at all or so soon if Sai had not come back but the present circumstances has given a sort of desperation and determination to his decision. He is determined to move on from his past and desperate to escape his tumultuous emotions. It is an impulsive decision...but he believes himself capable of moving on ..whether he would or not is anybody's guess...but he is trying to take some steps in his marriage like the anniversary function etc. That is how I understand the situation stands at present. The problem is the longer this uncertainty lasts, the more hopes Pakhi will harbour, the more their lives will get entangled and the situation will become a mess - if SaiRat are endgame as it definitely seems. Things have to change...take a different direction soon.

Ofcourse, once the situation opens up to new possibilities....Virat has to redeem himself for his past actions..if he has to win Sai.

Hasn’t she already done one blunder or a sin? Sai even exposed her and she went to jail for it but still Bhavani Kaku was defending Pakhi and not believing Sai when she said that Pakhi challenged her that Virat will himself give Vinu to her. To me Sonali isn’t powerful but only Kaku’s yes man person who has no opinion on anything and says yes to everything Kaku says. She couldn’t even protect her son from getting insulted by Kaku.

My interpretation is this...

Sai tried hard to establish herself in the house. She did bond with few members and got along well. But those were side ones. Not the strong ones like BK or Sonali.

P on the other hand, bonded immediately with BK... more than MB even ...right from the start she understood who holds the key... so she ingratiated herself towards BK.

Over time, P created an image of Sai in everyone's mind. An image that Sai doesn't care for anyone, is muhfat, only thinks of herself.. is ready to steal and rob the happiness... everything which she saw happening to her and V's relationship because of Sai's arrival.

In a way gaslighting everyone and establishing herself as the best counter of it all. If Sai is black, P is white. Everyone now looks at Sai through this lens, especially post leap. Which is why no one has introspected or realised their mistakes... because the black went away and they got the pure white version for themselves.

It's ironical that oldies like BK and now even Ash fell for it. Technically they shouldn't. It seems like they never read Sai or even if they did, they have forgotten it. Isliye everyone keeps repeating ki Sai iss Ghar main vapas aayegi. She won't... they should know it. Thankfully V does. Atleast till now he does. I don't think he doubts that she will come even if he asked.

I guess this is what P meant today... jaade majboot hai. Even if she dies tomm (which she diesnt know or hope) Her hold and her importance in the house is not diminished. She will always be the example that everyone will told off. Sai and K will have to compete with her even in her absence.

Unless she commits a massive blunder or has done one already that will open BK's eyes.

Your observation is awesome...jabse I have seen Sai in that yellow saree...significance dhund rahi thhi...now it's parallel also. It signifies new beginnings...tab bhi...aaj bhi...waise auntie ki jadei hilne ka waqt aa gya hai
