Ranbir is a very insecure actor

No good or meaty roles to any co-star in his films except Priyanka if there is any then seem to be very few. Though he was not good , Alia was reduced to a mere joke in Bramhastra.

No two hero films.Hardly any role for his female costars.No good enough roles for actors playing side characters.

2) Deepika in yjhd 

3) Deepika in tamasha, 

4) Pc in barfi 

5) Pc in anjaana anjaani

6)  Aish in ae dil, 

7) Katrina in ajab 

8) Katrina in rajneeti

9) Katrina in jagga jasoos

10) vicky kaushal in sanju

11) Paresh rawal in sanju

12) Sanjay Dutt in shamshera

All these actors got meaty roles. All his co-actors have got to perform well-written characters in his movies

If Ayan did not write a good character for Alia. That is on Ayan and not Ranbir

Aish in Adhm? She was playing the supporting role & sorry to say, she was just used as a seductress. Anushka had the most meaty role ( yeah, even more than RK too). Entire film revolved around Alizeh.
