I don't think there will be any custody drama, it will darker Virat's character more, Vankar will take easiest route, I guess after Savi's truth revelation, Virat will repent, try to get back with Sai, much to his family's dismay but Sai will close all doors due to the insults and his marriage with Pakhi, there will be back and forth between them for sometime, later Pakhi herself will backtrack from triangle and unite Sairat and make them realise their love specially Sai, Sairat and Savi will reunite but the problem will arise with Vinu, Chavans will not let go off Pakhi, they will make her stay in CN only, her insecurities will increase seeing Sairat's happy family, she will try to wage war using Vinayak, also I feel Vinu-Savi's bond will get tainted in the process, Vinu will be taken away from Sairat and it will not get down well with Virat, he will want him, that's where the real identity of Vinu will come out and then it'll be fight for Vinu between Sairat and Pakhi and inbetween there will be some filler tracks.....

In short I guess Pakhi will unite Sairat and wil become Mahan in the eyes of fam and Sairat and gain their trust and will later again turn negative due to her insecurities seeing Sairat happy and will try to wage war between them...

Also why would Sai go back to him if he tries snatching her child again from her...

Btw what about the Jagtap angle. Even if Savi's identity gets revealed what about the Jags MU?

He’s not snatching Savi .. he will fight for putting his name in her birth certificate.. as her identity .. he will have rights on his girl .. custody also means visiting rights .. rights on giving her proper education..right now sai is totally shutting him off .

she has mentioned to him many times I am self sufficient to provide for my daughter n myself .. don’t need any help

but the moment virat will get it that it’s his daughter .. he will not back down ..

If Sai lets him have visiting rights on Savi or providing her other stuffs then why the need of custody battle. Custody fight mostly hints at with whom the child go to and stay with... Their house.
