im actually lingering on few things that were mentioned

why BK says devar bhabi marriage is important for her party??So will she hide Savi's paternity for thhe greed of her position or will she prioritize about the bloodline more over her political career..

sai will not file for divorce but she needs to be triggered ..But who will do that...

First of all Pakhi and Virat marriage is illegal as it get, bcoz Sai the first wife is alive and Virat-Sai have not taken the divorce yet, so in all probability Pakrat marriage stands void and there is no legal connotation to it, coz legally Sai will be still Virat's wife.....

Also people here have misunderstanding about the 7 year clause in Hindu marriage act, it doesn't say that if spouse is missing after 7 years then there will be no marriage between them, its all false and misconception........... it's just a remedy provided to the spouse whose other half is missing for more than 7 year, in such situation, the spouse has to approach the court and tell them that their other half didn't show up for more than 7 years, then after cross checking all the facts, the court will declare the missing spouse dead and will dissolve the first marriage and only after that the Second marriage can take place.......and for second marriage to considered as legal, the spouse has to wait for minimum 7years before going for dissolution of first marriage and after dissolving that marriage only he can marry the second one in case of missing spouse...

And if missing spouse shows up after Seven years and the husband has married second time without dissolving his first marriage in court after waiting for minimum 7 years, then also the second marriage will be null and void....

So for second marriage to be legal two thing is necessary,

• waiting period of minimum 7 years.

• and court's decree of dissolution of first marriage after waiting for 7 years for missing spouse..

In all other probability and situation the Second marriage will stand null and void and illegal in court of law ...

So here whatever the situation and years of leap, the second marriage of Virat is null and void in the eyes of law, the court will immediately dissolve it and will provide some compensation to the second wife but she cannot get legal standing as wife, the first wife has to give divorce first and then they can remarry to make the marriage legal.....

So in probability and possibilities, irrespective of leap of years, Pakrat marriage is illegal and it has no legal standing to it, and Virat can be easily framed under bigamy, if any of his wife suea him for that offence ........

Now I think in show they will go to this route only, some of the people related to BK's political career will raise this question and they will bring Sai home or maybe Sai being Sai will herself send divorce papers to Virat, when Pakrat marriage legality will be questioned, so that he can legalise his marriage with Pakhi which obviously won't go well with Virat...... Divorce drama right now in Ghum looks inevitable but I feel Divorce hoga nhi at the end, bur case might happen...🥲

I know it is hard to digest all this. i was legit heartbroken when he hugged her in the hospital. He opened up emotionally to her that day. But I later recovered seeing him hurt and still stuck with Sai.

How i see the episodes now is with a question that how will Virat make Sai come back to him. Yesterday's Sai clearly told him off. He was hurt. Now do you all think if Sai sees him moving on will give him any chance? No way.

She either files for divorce or Virat has something to explain. If she files for divorce, then why will virat stay quiet. With the pretext of Savi, he will want Sai back at any cost. He will fight to save his marriage. Why is he fighting for his marriage with Sai when he promised to Pakhi that only she will be his wife? Either he is a jerk or he has something to explain.

If he is a jerk, why will Sai come back to him? So he has something to explain. If he doesnt have anything to explain and still Sai comes back to this jerk, then we can all laugh it off as a silly pointless story.

Sai had Not filed for divorce because she was hoping virat comes searching for her ..plus she never wanted Savi custody to be fought .. she was not hiding herself but yes she’s hiding Savi from her father which is wrong .

BK knows that if it comes out that virat has done bigamy .. plus how she treated her first daughter in law .Abused her through surrogacy .. and she was also hospitalised many times .. so getting her widow daughter in law married to younger son is good for image but bigamy will pull the mask off

They were willing to let sleeping dragons lie .. not dig up past .. so in spite of seeing Savi . They assumed otherwise and did not file for divorce .. but now once virat knows Savi is his daughter .. and she does not carry his name even in birth certificate.. he will be less than a man if he does not protest ..and takes Sai to court regarding this .. I doubt bhavani can let the matter lie ..for the sake of her public job
