It does look bad but such kind of plots are not new to itv. Infact male lead marrying vamp and being near ex wife have been going on across every PH fir woh koi bhi ho

It happens in every ITV show. ML gets tries getting intimate with the FL when things are good b/w them despite being married to another woman.
