Adish started his acting career with the Marathi show ‘Jayostute’ in 2015.

He was then featured in other Marathi shows like Tumcha Amcha Same Asta (2015), Ratris Khel Chale (2016), Ganpati Bappa Morya (2016), Zindagi Not Out (2017), and Kunku Tikali Ani Tattoo (2018).

He was also featured in Hindi television shows like Saam Daam Dand Bhed (2018), Naagin (2018), Barrister Babu (2020), and Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein (2020). In 2021, he featured in Bigg Boss Marathi season 3 as a contestant.
