Well abhi the birla is happily doing surgeries by the looks of his scrubs, so the sacrifice is justified already! Just very out of character for abhi not to acknowledge it! He might not agree, which is totally understandable! What it looks like abhi from his side has let go, and Akshara still thinks of abhi even when she got back bp and kairav, her first thought was to share the happy news with abhi!
