That initial phase is not to be compared now. They are strangers then. Any girl choses her family first rather than a new comer. Personally we don't trust a stranger or new comer who comes with love proposal. On top of it his family wanted a doctor bahu which ak understood and kept him away. After his repeated trials she trusted his love and when she learnt ar is not loving abhi she felt wrong there and jumped to him against her family and her sister. Where abhira United is Ar humiliation time. But ak never thought or felt bad as she chose right her love . She knows that family never gives her importance but hooking mata , neil and abhi she wanted to be in her family mode there. But after shadi , first realisation hit her through mata. Where was the love and trust gone. Did he ever listen to her in his anger anytime and assumed she chose her family. Till fire truth he was adamant. All others need to kick them all time to unite that's the horrible thing always. Their own consciousness or heart should reach without proofs. After marriage she chose him always. Even in Ani death time she took insults from mahima and took wrath. That kuku cane and turned Everything. He observed abhi being posessive and emotionally attached to ak. But he did in Nick of time. If abhi is put in same situation for ak to chose her life he will realise. Till then his rejection continues. As viewers we know where she is out in so we feel for ak. It does not mean that we hate abhi. He is misguided by his family and his own illusions expectations and trust issues from past womt let him think. When he thinks she is not eligible to hold their relationship anytime it's his wish a d she accepted it as she can't make him understand her love or her pain or her pov. He has nothing in him now. Only anger , ego and clouds on mind. Him chosing his neesh and family is out of blue suddenly as he never did it. Only one line i can say he never understood relations nor wants to mend them.
What should ak fight for with abhi.
What's the point in ak fighting for abhi and their love.
Abhi fought again and again for ak even when he was engaged to aarohi for one reason which he himself told to ak. That is ak giving him mixed signals, giving him tiny bit of hopes. Ak was one time giving gyaan about marrying her sister and next moment crying for him, longing for him, giving that sad eyes to him these all attracted him towards her like a magnet and he fought and fought again for her until mehandi day where he lost all his hopes at end.
Here ak saw abhi being angry, she knew she was at wrong and promised herself to convince him and set everything right.
What happened everytime she went near him all he did was question her and blame her. Was their even a bit of love Or yearning shown from his side for her.
The eyes abhi gives to ak is that looking at a stranger look. She searched for their love in his eyes all the time did she get any. Her hopes gone. What should she fight for any longer. If ak did it she would live a life like manjari only. For abhi ak lost his trust and nothing is going to convince him otherwise. He did this to his father now akshu.
We all went mad and crazy for abhira specially for that look abhi gives to akshu the love he gave her and we ourselves couldn't find that anymore which doesn't sit well with us. Ak must have felt the same.
The AK scene where she was pleading bail was so funny! She of all people is pleading bail for KV, when technically she should be the one behind bars for aiding a fugitive and running away to a different country with fake passports!đ

She did not see feel his love..confirmed through his eyes that is there any ray of hope left?? I agree with few of your points Meher. As u rightly pointed out - he is clouded in his thinking and this toxic Anandâs family is taking advantage of his vulnerable state. I donât completely agree that Abhimanyu was never a family guy and suddenly heâs changed - as Iâve said before - he never ever saw love in his parents marriage or any marriage in his family to start with. There was never any warmth other than Manjiri and Neil for him. So he was never attached to any others because they never bothered about him and vice versa. It wasnât out of his own will that he was aloof from family. The reason he understood Aksharas love for family before confession was - he was so happy to see Goenkas family which was so starkly different than Birlas. He saw love in Goenka family that he never saw in birlas. He warmed up to Manish and Mimi so well.
As I has said before - heâs very very wrong in not understanding what Akshara did for him. Totally wrong. As Reva said - the reason heâs angry is that he once again feels she kept his happiness above their togetherness. So with him pushing her away - all thatâs left for him is family - and thatâs dangerous because Anandâs family is toxic and he doesnât know the extent of their toxicity at all.
I agree with u that Abhimanyu has to understand where he went wrong himself - no one else can do that for him. It has to come from within. That he should acknowledge and respect and show gratitude for what Akshara did for him. And he shouldnât take rash decisions in anger and believe (specially Anandâs) family blindly.
Likewise Akshara also needs to understand on her own that she should confide in her husband whenever sheâs in a problem so they both can solve problem together and not decide things herself.
