Are you talking about kv holding abhi collar before leap. If so they are clearly showing a changed and stronger version of akshu who is fighting for her love. That akshu indeed got her family and abhi family in between them which created all issues in their life. She learnt her lesson well. So now she didn't let others manipulate her for her decisions or relationship.

Pre-confession Abhi was the one inspite of multiple rejections/ humiliations fought for their love knowing that AK is in a bad manipulative situation. That day in hospital when Kv held Birla's collar..she clearly and directly told Kv off. She also said it is between her and her husband.

Snap! I was about to say that! Even kv admitted to abhi after the fire incident that akshu told him to stay out of husband and wife matters! Also abhis crazy love for akshu is what made me attached to his character! I saw the same abhi in today's episode! Ha he already regrets the divorce!
