i was literally scratching my head.. how he connected Vidhi ka apne would be a description to him not knowing anything about his business... like if she is clear about her needs how come he ended up doubting his confidence and knowledge about business..... I watched that hd promo you posted on repeat why because the moment the vidhi extended her neck backwards you can see a change in music and I feel a very slight change in expressions of Dev like he was admiring her, thatswhy when her parents came that look changed to guilt on Dev's face.

But when Satyavati asked he didn't say what Vidhi said, he just told accha insaan, mature etc. He didn't say she wanted all the qualities like him🤣 Satyavati sach sunti toh usi time Vidhi ke ghar rishta leke chali jaati🤣🤣

Mujhe ye laga hitchi convo se that Dev ko Vidhi yaad aayi Satya ki baat se and he was flustered by her having crush on him, didn't know how to handle that but like what he always does apne emotions show na karne ke liye he started saying random things so that his mother doesn't get a clue that he was almost got proposed by Vidhi.

By the precap he had got a grip on his emotions and was trying to ignore Vidhi's feeling for him without hurting her. I love how he is so delicate and gentle with Vidhi even when ignoring her.

@true.. very correct...i too observed the same...

that music change brought change in Devs expression and feelings for sure... and yes uske expression aise change huye jaise koi chori pakdi gayi ho.. he was caught appreciating her beauty...

i have more to add.. after rewatching it..

i found Dev's way of speaking (finding words to speak) hand movements so similar to the "theek hai fir" scene.. where he was trying to cover up his straight question to Vidhi why she dint tell abt rishta wale coming despite it being a personal thing...

Dev was, clearly and very similarly, pausing to find a apt word to support his concern but at same time not putting his intention out in open for SW to catch... his way of moving hands up n down and swinging was again sooo much same when he was trying to convince Vidhi ke he was right in asking her to tell him beforehand about his alliance news...

i watched again n again.. and if i wont use my dissecting brain on a subconscious level it just reminds me that ine scene... Dev's way to hide his real intention but still get his concern justified
