Sai wouldn't have saved stem cells at time of savis birth..it's harvested from placenta and is only done in hospitals equipped with advanced setup. Savi was born in a rural hospital as per fb.

Stem cells are special cells produced by bone marrow (a spongy tissue found in the centre of some bones) that can turn into different types of blood cells. The 3 main types of blood cell they can become are: red blood cells – which carry oxygen around the body. white blood cells – which help fight infection.

The first time he met Vinu and when Virat said that ye Nagpur ke best doctor hai, the doc did a eye twitch and some movement with his hand. I felt so sorry for him then 🤣

Well this was obvious!

In the upcoming episodes, Sai will be disappointed with Chavan family members but will soon meet Harini. Harini and Sai will meet in a restaurant and they’ll instantly bond. Harini has always been in Sai’s team against the Chavan family. While almost everyone is against Sai right now, Harini has been seen taking a stand for her and giving it back to Bhawani for her bossy attitude.

Now P will start, Sai is interfering n our issues.

And she will go and scold Sai, ur a doctor, don't cross line etc etc.

Nope Stem cells from bone marrow are hematopoietic stem cells.

That can only produce RBCs, WBCs ,Platelets.

For vinus condition..they need "pluripotent" stem cells..that is stem cells that can turn into any type of cell ,like bones/muscles/blood cells .

Such stem cells can be harvested only from placenta of a newborn baby ..it cannot be harvested from parents.

To treat vinu, they'd need stem cells from blood siblings ..savi ka nahi mil sakta because her stem cells weren't preserved at time of birth.. toh only chance is virat and sais another baby.
