Stem cell is totally possible if Sai gets pregnant with Bianca ..no other way.

Sai wouldn't have saved stem cells at time of savis birth..it's harvested from placenta and is only done in hospitals equipped with advanced setup. Savi was born in a rural hospital as per fb.

In that scene of Vinu, P s acting looks like the actress is fed up of hearing the word DOCTOR AUNTy. Matlab n real not reel.
