Only good thing of the episode for me, doctor revealing Vinayak's problem is congenital. They better not change this in future. It's happened due to illegal surrogacy. This needs to come out in future when his birth reveal happens & he's not fully well. Virat & Pakhi need to face consequences this time. Had enough of Sai blaming!
