He will know that only if he tries to find out something. He is not taking any steps to find out about Sai's past life or Savi. Just by seeing Jagtap holding Sai when she was fainting he has assumed something and trying to move on with Pakhi.

I wish Jagtap comes and gives an earful to Virat for the sake of Savi. Sadly there is no other person to talk in favour of Sai now.

The main problem the actress is pathetic - she can’t emote - complex Kya Woh Ek normal emotion emote nahi kar sakti.

Haven’t seen the episode yet but the clip I saw she came across as dumb. Technically it’s cause of her the boy fell, she couldn’t even control the situation.
