Feel Zoon tells Judge whenever asked, she loves her Mouj a lot & can't live without her, but if she stays with her, then her Mouj will be in problems. People will send her Mouj to jail bcoz she is not her real Mouj, she won't get married & she won't enjoy her life. She wants her Mouj to be happy not sad, that's why she can't go with her.

May be judge then tells Indu, if she gets married & if her husband doesn't have problem to adopt an orphan, then can grant her Zoon's custody as a couple & then Zoon may also be happy to live with her Mouj?

That's where Indu's promise to her mom that she will surely get married to someone who willingly becomes papa to Zoon may come into force. Feel Suneeta or Rahul can suggest Ritesh to marry Indu unknown to Kaamna,😛 if he wants to become Zoon's papa and if he doesn't want Zoon to live in a child care center for long.
