He is police uncle, police babba, police husband, police friend, police corrupt etc but not what he is truly supposed to be.

Savi has full on attention of Sai, she is loved and pampered not just by Sai but villagers too. Hence Her innocence n childlike behavior is intact.

See, Sai didn't give any reason for not picking up his call, So I am not sure how you or anyone else is coming up with these reasons on her behalf

I am criticizing the writing not a person, my simple point was that Sai is mother to both Savi and Vinayak, as a mother it would have been a nice touch to add scenes of Sai as mother to both kids, even though she doesn't know that Vinu is her son, she would feel it like she felt it when she met him for the first time

That's the divine intervention which works on all ITV shows 😆
