what i am liking is how candid and down to earth this guy seems. i like people whoa re self aware and he seems very self aware about the reality of TV.. and no so pompous and khud ki har waqt bhadhaai karne wala.. ya main yeh kia maine woh kia types.. simple answers even if he talks about the fact that he isn't really familiar with this profession.. the fact that he is ready to seek help and also Must Mention The IMPORTANT Bit about Auditioning for the role and getting it... Mehnat karke Merit pe SHow main aana and not taking favors.. Good on him...even if right now atu seems to be getting pretty blah deal and lazy writing hi hai for him but he is making him worthy despite being kaafi Shallow in many ways.. i hope things do end up improving for him in the show

Completely second u NM. Despite having done 2 successful shows previously nd still not being carried away shows that he might turn out to be a good actor. The very fact that he got this show via audition itself proves that Gul might have definitely seen something in him nd was sure he and Megha will create history once again. So far he's decent in his acting nd I'm sure once d story progresses nd AthLie slow burn track starts Karan will have more shades to portray his acting prowess onscreen nd most importantly I'm relieved that he didn't say that his character is some never before seen phenomenon nor its layered. He was as straight as an arrow and no beating around the bush. I'm sure Megha and Karan will nail it with their performances and chemistry in the future. Awww aki thanks.... ❤️ video mixes toh I am not sure about as of yet but I am still hoping they actually give this guy more than just chasing cheeni caz frankly that is getting tiring and annoying..but meherbaani that atleast athlie talked today and know each others names.. and non stop duppatta se aage badhe. See baat wohi hai ke agar substance hi na do toh ache se acha actor bhi kuch nahi kar sakta and he does have chemistry and potential as well as a hunger to actually do something different from what he has done so I hope that gets utilized soon..they add more to atharva esp more conviction on his part caz otherwise it is unfair yet again with another actor to sign them up for tokenism just like it was for MV and how they reduced GM ..I hope vohra gets his due..

Very down to earth person giving practical answers 😆. So he was on break but missed the crazy 247 busy schedule of daily soaps. .....obviously working 247 too apne aap main hi ek obsession hai. Glad he's back on tv 👍🏼. Looking forward to different sides of Atharva .....abhi toh bas CRAZY IN LOVE wale track se kaam chalana padega

Thanks for tagging NM- I like how grounded, humble and sincere he comes across..it’s really good to read simple things like this especially when one had to sit through the other side for the past almost one year 😆 I really hope the story picks up from athlie point of view - I think Karan and Megha will do well!

I liked, from the article, is that he was exploring other mediums since he was cognizant that the roles he was offered didn't give much diverse edge to his career. The fact that he auditioned for this as opposed to the director searching through past tv shows and giving him the easy route does show his dedication.

Alongside acting, he is interested in business related opportunities. Nice thought there 👍

Nice interview from Karan. He's doing a good job as Atharva so far👍🏼

Good to see his passion for acting and hopefully the makers give him better content as Atharva than just being blindly lattu over Cheeni😆.

+1 on that.....definitely nice to see people WORKING to get a role than being handed favors 😆

I guess it helps that the role itself is not the easily propped up typical businessman role that makers feel like they can cast people simply on the basis of past connections 😆. This character is a bit more loosened up and isn't going through life just dictating to people so it requires something different from the actor. So it's good then that they actually auditioned for the part rather than just dumping in someone in through connections....lol

From this interview and what I have read about him- the man seems to be very candid and genuinely believes in acting as creative and hardworking process. The very fact that he got this role after auditioning speaks a lot about how he will work towards building this character of Atharva.

My only concern lies with the creative team..here's hoping this time its more wholesome in terms of character arcs than just propping up a certain character or pandering to the social media!
