I think she was hesitant intially and then shocked and overwhelmed, tats why she close her eyes- kya ho raha mujhe nahi pata I can't face this types. And yes she kinda accepted it

Yap initially she was hesitant and shy, shocked but then she accept it like she can't control her emotions too and if u notice when she close her eyes there very subtle smile in her face 😳 and in ITV close eyes in intimate scene always indicate acceptance of the moments/feelings 😆
