It is the pure attitude and the intention

What Birla did was anger and reaction to the situation. He did media fiasco after his mother went into coma. He took out the frustration and helplessness. He also become uncontrolled when Ak did not pick up the phone.

What Akshara will do is - respond the situation Birla put her in now. Hence her shakti avataar and she has truth with her and purity in intention.
