also what's with bollywood and making every story into a love story? you don't see love stories in even hollywood and marvel movies? heck even in HP movies, the focus was harry's journey and how he defeats voldermort, not his love story with ginny. if HP was a bollywood story, they definitely would've paired harry with hermoine and made them defeat voldermort with "love" since love is the stronger than thanos's infinity stones 🤣

khair. True, Rupali must be getting paid a lot too. However, until a few years ago, all ITV heroines used to get paid more than heroes. It was a norm and many articles used to come on that especially as it was one and only industry were pay difference was in women's favor.

idek..i had read a few years ago that ram kapoor was the highest paid and ronit roy was the second highest. then a few months ago i read rupali raised her per day salary and became the highest paid

btw found this link. it's from june 2022 so pretty recent. i wouldn't count kapil sharma, sunil grover and hina khan though becuase they aren't daily soap actors. this is probably hina's webseries salary post her popularity from BB because i dont think she was paid this much during yrkkh
