Possessive Virat

When it comes to Sai, Virat's possessive trait comes out full throttle

He has shown this trait right from the beginning and it manifests in different forms in different situations, especially when he knows he is going to lose her.

Even before they got married, there were traces of this trait.

After KJ dies, when villagers pitch the idea of their marriage to him, his initial reaction was shock as he couldn't believe they would even think like that. The, when Sai came outside and sunaos them and declares she will never marry him, he looked upset that she rejected him.

His insecurity of getting her validation started from there which kept coming back many times - their first night after reaching CN and their conversation on the terrace, there was a disappointment in him .

And every single time she kept saying - mein yahan kaunsa humesha ke liye rehne wali hoon - his possessive trait gets a hit.

The Amay Aniket, Ajinkya episodes reflect the same.

His possessiveness has a very intense side when she either rejects him or he loses her. This trait comes out as extreme anger out of his frustration and he forgets everything around him. All he can think of is Sai and Sai only. Nothing else matters to him.

The same happened today too. Its all about her, his entire Universe revolves around her. Thats why even Vinayak is not in his line of vision or thought and he drags him off

Virat does not express his extreme nature, be it love or anger with anyone else but Sai. He guards his emotions with everyone else. But with Sai, nothing is in check!

Post confession Virat was besotted with her, he didn't care about expressing his love in front of his family or even her friends at College.

When Jagtap comes to CN and Virat reacts violently - his aggression was in full form when Jagtap started talking bad about Sai. Till then he didn't react much, although Jagtap was badmouthing BK and Samrat till then.

Virat's rage and anger comes out in full force whenever Sai is involved. His love too is expressed unabashedly for Sai and Sai only. That's his way of expressing his HAQ!

(in real life, there are men like him. There is one in my own family. And they both have a volatile relationship even after 25 years of marriage. They keep separating and getting back together - just cant leave each other. He feels only he has the haq to hurt her and love her- a very strange relationship! I see Virat in him)

Virat has extreme reactions for Sai. And at the same time, she is the only one who can calm the storm in him. Hopefully that happens soon. All it takes is a heart to heart talk and both will melt like ice cream.

But will Vanku let that happen? Thats a million dollar question.

Many a times, it was shown how Virat is blinded and has tunnel vision when his anger takes over with respect to Sai. Be it DevKit marriage, Ajinkya kaand, even Pulkit lunch , the second accident and of course the last episode of Sai walking out with Vinu. His vision gets blinded whenever he moves over to the extreme side. And every time, Sai is the one who takes his blinders off and makes him see the real pic. Only then will he come to his senses and realize his mistakes. And usually its too late too! Lets just see what happens now.

No matter what side tracks they try to pull, Sairat is going to be the endgame.

Sai is definitely the Yin to Virat's Yang. Only then he will become complete

The way he protects honor of woman like PL and shruti who despite knowing he is married, kept lusting after him was disgusting. Makes his love look shallow. I guess he wants that type of love from Sai too, no matter who he is with, Sai should go after him.

I dont think Sai ever took his blinder off. Him abusing her and her taking it all to prove she loves him is extremely disturbing.

Before Anniversary he realized his mistakes and atleast apologized. In Shruti track he didnt even care about that. He abused her, let his family abuse her and didnt even apologized. As per him she deserved that treatment and he deserved her wooing him keeping her self respect aside cause she was at ‘fault’.

That’s right .. that’s why things are so bland and boring in Chavan niwas z.. because they are used to this only .. a seedha boring virat .. only people who have observed a passionate side of him like his mother n pakhi know that Virat is hurting big time ..

Today his anger was visible .. and it will become palpable till he finds out who Savi is .. he’s not the type who will accept Savi belonging to some other man and sai giving birth

The pain he gave to Sai .. during Shruti ka sahas birth ..then immense trauma during pakhi ka surrogacy

He won’t be able to last a day .. if he gets to feel that Savi belongs to some other man .. That’s why I feel .. he will go to Sai’s house and demand to know who is Savi .. who is the man in her life

That's what I want. They will have to pretend to be formal for the children till it all starts unravelling. Even if he does know about Savi, he will have to keep it quiet for Vinu's sake.

Me too. I really wonder...I'm constantly grumbling, raving ranting...yet I still watch Sairat.

I wish someone would sit them together & sort out their issues. They have so much potential as a Jodi.
