I think Hero. Cuz the story has shifted to Shamsher vs Baba saab/world in protection of his love. In this plot line i dont see how Radain can insert a message that Shamsher is villain and makes him get a fitting end that .. his ending will be a punishment.

The only way they can make it more tragic...like adding to what you said...is if either Mehak eventually falls for him...or he dies thinking she hates him

It looks like ..

Shamsher will now know that mohabbat zabardasti hasil karke (not only against Mehak and fam's will and wish but also his own family's).. he has done a big blunder. He will realise his mistake cuz he made the love of his life vulnerable. Cannot even provide for her basic needs and cannot even protect her. He will realise his mistake and this redemption arc will make sense. In this journey.. he will try to change himself for the better. And try very hard to wind Mehak's love. Mehak i think will become proper sakht dil with him. Cuz she will have an upper hand over him, finally. There is nothing with him now that he could dominate over her. She may acknowledge that he is becoming a good person. But all his past actions will not let her fall in love or she will try to hold back. .. shit happens when she finally decides to tell him or confess that she loves him. But its probably too late. And he dies without knowing.

Im already upset over this.. cuz we will have to watch danny breaking our heart yet again, with his performance 💔

But.. but but.. whats funny is.. even though its like the most obvious end for shamsher and its like we have accepted it somewhere cuz thats whats gonna happen eventually.. and it wont be much of a surprise cuz what else would happen in a pak drama for a toxic hero anyway.. inspite of it all .. in still dreading the end.. 😭

We're only dreading the end because of Danish's acting. Koi aur hota toh itna sochte bhi nahi, we'd shut off the tv and move on with our lives 😆

But do u think they've done something completely different tho? Since this is the most predictable ending?
