I’m not sure exactly about the legalities. But after 7years of missing the person is presumed dead and the the spouse can get get married on the same grounds. It is not a punishable under bigamy. The onus os declaring that one is alive lies with the missing person.

Bigamy is illegal under Hindu marriage act. The actors you may be referring to, have changed religion on paper. Hence this act does not apply to them.

As far as I understand, it entirely depends on the other spouse who is missing.
Around the validity of either marriages, I’m not sure. Guess it depends from case to case basis.

But it also depends when V-P married. If it was before 7 years then I guess it is invalid, and a crime. Looks complicated.

Tumhare mooh mein ghee shakkar! Am getting so bored with this track. I am suspicious of the convo today between Sai and Savi about staying in the same house. I want them to stay together maintaining a distance because of the children.

It would be fun to watch Virat frustrated because he can't act all angry with her.

So they are still married ..to legitimise his marriage to pakhi .. he has grounds for divorce .. so he should run and file for a divorce with Sai .. and then get married to Pakhi . But Aise hawa me bolne se divorce nahi hota hai

Remember what Sai said when she was leaving. She is not part of his family. Only P and the Chavans are his family. While her words were misconstrued, what she meant was that she was low on priority and never considered her when it came to his family or P. And he chose them then.

If he is not married to P, and if he has reflected on his mistakes (and was not just guilty for not stopping her), then he should be opening that seldom used tongue to use for something worthwhile.
