So she thought Rakhi is the above and started hating her... Maybe she watched too many cartoons...

Anyways the reason stated in the show was that when Kinju was young Rakhi prioritized her work and didn't spend much time with her daughter... She was lonely, which does happen in reality... When she saw Anupama 24/7 with kids, she felt different... You know like the grass is greener and she felt her mom was all wrong... Rakhi also did have an acid tongue in the beginning episodes and spoke vile things when she should have been silent... Also Anupama helped Kinjal when she was harrased by her boss... So she respects Anupama... But from the beginning it was shown that though Rakhi loved Kinju snd provided everything for her monetarily and in other ways, she didn't spend time with her daughter and couldn't provide for her emotional needs... That's the reason shown in the show for her hatred towards her mom.
