I can soooo picture annoyed Basit.. What if, Basit is the one to open up Bano more on this front? I imagine this could happen in a very subtle way even. Working late, overtime meals, and.. they end up talking, or give each other those cryptic one liners which triggers conversation or share even more cryptic vague advise.. without realizing they help each other..

Basit is hurt indeed, on many levels.. Ayesha's words did affect him.. He needs somebody to be on his side, someone he trusts and loves, and someone who knows he is not cold and heartless. He needs reassurance. (our Boy needs us....)

And you know...when Darcy was still not in the mental, emotional or relationship wise situation where he could feel free to directly talk to Elizabeth, he would listen to her conversations with other people. Maybe we shall get to see a version of that in Basit listening in on Ayesha's phone conversation...

And Basit's pain! Rishuuu...I woke up feeling sad for him again! This show is messing up my head. The ost these last couple of days make me feel like my heart is breaking.

While Basit bonding with Bano will be nice to see...I don't want him to bond with her to the extent of sharing his emotional stress at this point. Then he will be less likely to reach out for Ayesha...am being selfish here because of demands of the narrative progress! 😈

I love the idea of let me drop you home scene...😆 how do you think that will go? Hope Basit doesn't become the pyaar ka dushmann and say, i have told the driver to drop Miss Bano home.

Maybe he will ask her for advice on some professional matter to find a way to talk to her.

Do you think Bano will melt easily? I have a feeling she will not trust in love so soon. Fahad will not have it easy. But then again someone with the astuteness of Fahad alone can see through Bano's mask of strength and reach to her vulnerability and heal her scars.

Yesss...Jawaad is Mr. Nosey Parker, the resident sleuth of Basit's company.

As for Fahad coming...I think he took the normal amount of time..but Ayesha's trauma about Bano kept her standing in front of the door and knocking till Fahad came. She looked genuinely devastated when Basit finally opened the door.

I love whoever is doing the make up in this show...

Hehehehe..I think he most certainly noticed her lip gloss...only she thinks he did not notice her.

This was towards the end of ep 12...Basit had just returned home from office...Ayesha was waiting for him to come out after freshening up. He walked out and looks at her...then says things like you don't have to look after me, pay attention not to me but to your family..and she looks at him then in that way...of course he doesn't notice.

This forum doesn't have the possibility of having multiple Appreciation Threads of the same show...but yessss...Fahad and Bano is totally Canon.

I have already made a gif of director sahib's face when Bano walks into the kitchen. Will make more as we get more of their scenes.

And yes...I was thinking by the time the next DT is reached...there will be more material on this ship hopefully so we can have a separate post on Fahad and Bano...

And yesss! All you gorgeous posters...since you write such wonderfully articulate and deep appreciation posts on the show and characters, do try your hand at writing some stories...really need fanfic on this show.
