yes. That sick stuff and this is the precap. See we are all attached to Sairat and this is why this is blood boiling stuff. The makers are only setting base for Patralekha to get batshit crazy later saying that Sai ruined my life. She has chances of getting stonewalled.

Many of you seem to agree to the fact that there would be a divorce happening soon for Sai-V.
Just want to know what is everyone thinking about the mess this complex marriage has created.
I am assuming 5 years have passed. Aria is too young.
From legal perspective, the moment Sai is found alive, V-P marriage is invalid.
Personally (I am assuming that even if V has thought of moving on, he will flip towards Sai and forget P when he sees Sai, going by his behaviour post leap).... V might be angry upset at her for hiding all these years but with Saavi in mix and Vinu adopted, Sai has an upper hand of sorts over P.
So will V agree to divorce? Or will he let Sai to divorce him again?
Here Vinu ka adoption comes in picture... if P has adopted him, V will lose him. So he might be inclined to not let P go.
Sai won't live in CN like this, as the other woman.
So the 2 parivar works out like this. Kitna logical Hai morally or ethically is a different matter.
BK will be inclined towards Saavi and P. But not Sai and Vinu. Right now she is showering love over Vinu but I don't think once Saavi is known, BK will do the same for Vinu.

My gut feeling is pehle custody case hoga and usme ye marriage wala chij attach hoga.
Also if Sai continues living in Kankavli and not CN then Gulabrao will be tempted to take benefit from this mess by threatening BK of political career damage.
This CD is not at all capable if showing a good court case. Post surrogacy backlash they will not dare to mess with legal aspect.

For me Sai’s stance is very important that will decide course of story. Ideally she has upper hand since she left with valid reason. She can say sorry you thought I am dead but the relationship ended n you chose PL.
But they are constantly showing her saying she is upset cause Virat did not come for her. If thats the issue the moment he says he My her dead she will go on self blame doubt. Even blame herself for Virakhi marriage that she left n all this happened. ( I really hope that doesn’t happen)
So she will be guilt ridden blame her self for loosing live n may offer to separate but will allow Virat to be part of Savi’s life. May agree to move to CN for Savi sake n whole position swap start. She will hurt in love but too guilty to say anything (her looking at Virat in promo)
But then What happens to gulabrao? He may be forgotten like the DM.
If Sai is miffed seeing him moving on with PL and maintains her anger at max Virat will try to get her back for Savi then he may shift to her town with PL or ask her to come to CN for Savi n boy’s treatment.
With Virat having PL I doubt he will make move on Sai, he knows he is married and cant do anything about it since PL sacrificed so much he cant just leave her. So either he goes to Kankoli with PL or bring Sai Savi to CN.
Another important factor is Virat’s reaction-Will he feel guilty? That he basically turned Sai’s worst nightmare into reality and married PL n was even ready to move on! Some anger about Savi- totally justified but will he reflect? If he does then he will make efforts to bring Sai back in his life. Tell PL that he can not move on now that Sai is back. Or He may shuttle between Nagpur n Kankoli. N try to woo Sai- but least chances for this to happen. Why? Cause it makes PL insignificant, CN insignificant. But they can show good gulabrao tashan etc.
So he will be angry n would want Savi. He may turn nasty, nastier than Shruti track. Blame Sai for hiding Savi, praise PL n her sacrifices no reflection. He may
try to get Savi custody too. (Promo having Virakhi w Savi) Hurt Sai even more, blaming affair with JM (he is there so he will have more to do than just have redemption). He may use JM’s cliseness to get Savi custody n Sai will have no choice but to force her way in CN (like Shruti track) to be close to Savi.
Or it will have no confrontation nothing. They all stay angry at eo, dont talk. Virat at Sai for hiding n Sai at him for marrying PL. due to kids they dont disclose openly. Sai go to CN to cure the boy. N again same position swap drama of Sai n PL n CN abusing Sai. At CN they may or may not Savi and definitely no one will like Sai.
Just typing this makes me realize what a disgusting mess they have created. If we go by their execution pattern this mess will be wiped off so badly! I dont think even they know what they are doing.
I am sure they will show garbage, make drama with kids n wrap it up like Shruti track in two episode without head or tail.
PS: I did not answer your question about marriage. I started with a thought n as I moved ahead I realized this is too messed up, they have so many open direction they can take n They may choose the worst one.
