Firstly I am kinda tired of the parents dying in all shows..they just don't have any other method to steer the story in a diff direction . 🙃 I wish basit and sadia patch up , and then she leaves to wherever she came from. Putting him through this guilt and making him cry so much, I don't see the point . It was so visible that he loved his mom to infinity . He didn't like hurting her nor could he see her in pain , but jitna pyar tha utna hi gila bhi tha ..

I didn't like Ayesha guilt tripping him. Ok thoda bahut theek hai she was traumatized but more than basit , seriously? I liked her at one point only in the entire epi where he tells her why r u throwing sarcastic comments on me and she realizes it , gathers herself and sits next to him ..

The scene where he talks to Ayesha was THE BEST basit scene . In all his prev shows fk has shown his range.. he plays this bad boy transforming into a good guy towards the end and there his emotional scenes kill it ..therez nobody better than him , he is just the best ..Mr perfection . 🥰

Glad he told ayesha she would never understand what he went through as a child..ayeshas understanding of this situation was pretty one sided.

In the last scenes , good to see Ayesha smiling like that and it looks like she has found her space around basit .

I liked Ayesha calling fahad when basit didn't open the door and thereafter their convo. Fahad is always there for basit and bano for ayesha. I wish their equation is never tainted.

Fahad was awesome , so was bano . 👏 fahad noticed bano , I felt basit also noticed that he did..

The next week teaser..

Well I have been saying that humsafar type twist may come wherein basit might mu ayesha but I wish It doesn't play out like that 😕 I don't want fahad and basit to be tainted . Ayesha complaining abt basit is getting a little ott now ..arre thoda kuch happy moments dikha do before the siyappa we know will occur

Oh yeah another fav ayet scene in the bedroom..she tells him bahut pyar karti hain woh aapse and he says "mujhe nai dikhta"🥺

Truly stunning! And I can tell you one thing having watched Feroze in other dramas, he has always been a brilliant actor but this show has done justice to his acting prowess like no other. It has allowed him to really emote, given him the time to develop small nuances into big emotional expressions, and it has cut down the scenes till you just have this magnificence captured on camera. I just wanted to give Basit a hug after today's episode. Truly the boy is hurting so much.

I found Ayesha's behaviour expected. She too is young, barely out of college and her reaction to the incidents is natural considering the fact that she really did bond with Sadia and saw her pain. But her behaviour is not right and I like the advice she is receiving. That kind of understanding comes only with age.

Am so so so excited the way the first on-screen meeting between Fahad and Bano (FaNo??) went....that whole scene was just scrumpdillyicious!

Qudsiya trying to comfort Basit was just the right amount of ridiculousness one can expect from her...amidst everything else that moment was too funny.

Basit surely deserves a thousand hugs!! And you are right about the camera staying on him which gives the audience a chance to see him emote. That scene with ayesha was so beautifully shot. The way that camera stills on his face while he is speaking just increases the agony by leaps.

I sometimes forget Ayesha is just barely finished college. Thanks for the reminder😆 I like her because she is not afraid to show the mirror to Basit. But she needs to tone down the taunts really. The boy is broken right now.

Qudsia saying mai tumhari maa jaisi huu to Basit was all sorts of ridiculous. No one should get a mother like her.

Till now, I at least understood her motivations because agreed that raising 3 daughters alone is difficult. The problems she might have faced have made her bitter towards life. But what she is doing with Zoya is plain selfish. Willingly marrying your daughter to someone her father's age is plain disgusting.

While Basit finally shows his vulnerable side, in true Basit style, it flip flops. Ayesha also stays true to character where she has less patience after being at beck and call. Both these characteristics are victims of each one’s circumstances.

I feel the hero of this episode is Fahad..somewhere I read he is also the director of the show…is that right??

Bano is a sweetheart! I love how she doesn’t stay for lunch, both Basit and she show professionalism. What a contrast to mother’s upbringing. And I think it’s a great way of showing, no matter what kind of mother we may all have, there are aspects in us that we must allow ourselves not to get influenced by that, because that is maturity.

@bold: seems to be going that way. But I really hope we are proven wrong. Basit and Fahad friendship is too precious. It shouldn't get tainted for a plot twist.

What I hope to see is that he realises that Ayesha is always smiling at Fahad's presence. And he gets jealous over the fact that Basit cannot make her laugh like that. Would be lovely to see that.

True about Basit's sadness also being flip-flop like his anger😆 When he finally opens the door and says abhi zinda hoon, not gonna lie, I laughed.

Bano maintaining her professionalism was such a treat to see. Looking forward to more scenes of them together.

And uff, bano looks so so gorgeous in the last scenes. Simple, elegant and glowing. I love the way she carries herself. Her strength, confidence and kindness shines through her. I just realised, both our leads are incredibly flawed characters. Ayesha with her impatience and lack of understanding, and Basit with..well, most things. But both have an individual in their lives who are shown to be textbook perfect. I haven't heard one wrong word or seen an unwarranted unpleasant behaviour from either Fahad or Bano. They both are the epitome of ideal individuals. Always ready with the right advice to steer our couple on the right path. Gosh, I love this drama so much. I pray it continues like this and does not fall prey to the usual stupid shenanigans.

OMGGG on Zoya and Aamir doing the deed. I never thought like that, but could be true. That slow-mo zooming shot on their handhold was a bit weird. It will make perfect sense if they wanted to depict intimacy like that.

I love Bano. And you're right about Basit and Ayesha both being flawed. Today especially, we see how Ayesha even with the right intentions can go wrong with her actions sometimes.

Like your thinking of how Basit and Ayesha have the perfect role model to follow in the form of Fahad and Bano. They really can learn everything they need to from these two individuals in their life.
