My thoughts are combination of the past 3 episodes (Friday, Saturday and Monday or if you in the US Thursday, Friday, Sunday). I've been super busy at work so haven't had to chance to really give my thoughts.
There is a saying "you never know what you have until it's gone" and I feel this is where Mahima and Anand are at. When Anisha was alive they never chose to understand their daughter. When she "ran away" from home they felt she had abandon them so they refused to hear her out when she came back and attempted to make amends with them. The one thing she made clear to them before she left again to Mumbai was that she felt suffocated in their house because it was always their way or no way. And so now that Anisha is gone it's all the pain, regret, and guilt of not being there when they had the time. They are still very much in grief. Their anger is fixated on finding Kairav so they can have their closure. During 1.0 of the show all they cared about was Birla Hospital but now they have looked towards family. But in their grief over one lost child they forget they have 2 other children that need their time and attention. So as I don't wish it on any parent to lose a child in many ways I find this was their karma for how they parented, putting their needs above their children's needs for Birla Hospital. The sad thing is they fail to see that they can still rectify their behavior with the 2 other children Parth and Nishtha who are very much alive still need their parents.
I recently found a play on the previous saying which I think is just as apt at the current situation in the Birla household. "People say that you don't know what you've got till it's gone. Truth is, you knew what you had, you just never thought you lose it."
Akshu and Kairav:
Although, I would have preferred that they were apart so it wouldn't look like Akshu ran away for her family but I am also relieved that they are together. As some have mentioned this can take away any of the accusations that Akshu was not faithful to Abhi. Akshu lives separately from the Khera siblings. She has her own apartment and looks like even runs a gift shop with her brother. Glad to see Kairav's painting skills are being utilized like this. Though considering his mental condition and his hand shaking how can he make that many paintings? 😕
At least when Akshu goes back to India for the signing award thing in Jaipur, Kairav won't be with her. So the first meeting it will look like she is alone. But of course we will have to see how the CVs are gong to show this first meeting and what is going to happen. I'm leaving my predictions to the side cause the week has just started. Though, I would not be surprised if Abhi runs into Maya first.
Mystery solved as to where Akshu's mangalsutra and engagement band are. She still has them with her along with the sindoor tin. She may have removed all of that as she started this new life of being in the shadows - being Maya's voice. I can see Abhi getting confused if he sees her without the mangalsutra and sindoor and completely jumping to conclusions that she no longer wants anything to do with him and has seemingly "moved on" in her life. 😭 Ah, we are most likely going to get some of those misdirecting dialogues that are going to confuse them. Well, Abhi has also taken his engagement ring off him so Akshu may also misunderstand.
Abhi, Manjari, Neil, and Harshvardhan:
Things have change yet still remain the same. I'm glad to see that Manjari and Harshvardhan are still separated and they are moving forward in this new sort of relationship they have. Not as husband and wife but just as parents caring for their children. It seems Neil and Harshvardhan have bond now and I'm happy for Neil. Neil still supports his brother and is fine with his mother. Too much damage has happened to Abhi from his childhood that I didn't expect him to suddenly be buddy buddy with his father. But Harshvardhan as usual continues to show his concern. He knows his son isn't well and it is true Abhi's mind is at war with his heart. His mind won't let the past go and he simply cannot delete his way out of this. I cannot believe it took Akshu leaving for his room to finally be changed 😆 The bland brown room is now full of colors 😲
Regarding Manjari's conversation with Abhi I totally understand where Manjari is coming from. She is first and foremost Abhi's mother. She will protect her child when in need and right now Abhi isn't in a good place. He is pretending to the world that he is fine but inside he is crying and angry. He misses Akshu but he is angry that she just left with no note - nothing, he has no idea where she is, how she is doing, why she even had to make such a decision to leave, and to him it appears she choose her family once again over him and that is why they are separated. Abhi's anger is going to be shown full blown first. He won't forgive easily as he will call her out on her decision making and the wrong steps she took. Some of it will be completely justified from his point of view. But there is another point of view where Akshu lies and she too has justification for the decision she made. But if this was put the other way around Abhi would be doing the same thing to protect a family member if he had seen the physical and mental condition of that family member and knew the police was purposefully mistreating that person to coerce a confession. We all saw how Abhi hid Anisha when she first came back to try and keep his family from exploding and figuring out this situation of her and Kairav. Should he had told Akshu up front, yes. But it wasn't until Askhu confronted him did he finally explain himself. So most definitely Akshu has a lot of explaining to do.
Last note: OMG the baby!!! Parth and Shefali's kid is a super duper cutie pie! I cannot wait when Akshu comes back and plays with the baby! Can we please have a Akshu and Abhi fun sequence where they have to babysit for a night so Parth and Shefali can go on date or something? And some how only Abhi and Akshu are home. So Manjari isn't there to help them figure out when he needs a diaper change or how to feed him. I want it to be funny where both of them struggle to put on his diaper. We have to have the classic baby pees on someone scene🤣
