America/Western countries - first name always. That's just the culture.

India - Bhaiya, unless they are around my dad's age, in which case uncle.

I have noticed that people generally tend to call a guy bhaiya if he's in his 40s (even if they're 20 years younger). But a guy in his 50s is always called uncle by those with same age difference.
