So true. That anxiety is real. They are keeping didi as a bomb that will fall on us later when we are all invested in the reunion.

But i think ,now it is completely my assumption that it was not because of the teasing but he might not feel like a family member in chavan niwas. Maybe chavvanis doesn't treats him properly and pakhi too. See pakhi is very selfish and only cares about virat. So it is highly possible that only virat looks after him and not others.

Agreed...Vinu has that void of motherly love in his life. P maybe shown as a caretaker only. She may help him to be in good books of virat. Basic traits never change
