That's another thing. I'm being logical even as per Vankar & Ghum logic Sai's fatal injury has always devasted Virat, especially after her second accident he's never been that broken with anything so far.

If you remember he literally taunted her when she was injured with that landmine n still in Sada’s captivity. Literally no regards to her condition when he became conscious.

They showed those grave injury and what not to Sai, her running n climbing tree but no point cause he didn’t care.
Back then it was about him now him n baby n his newfound love for family so it will be worst.

Shruti track ...virat was soft with sai until she was safe...but his behaviour changed when he found out sai was holding herself responsible for his condition...he wanted her to come behind him and win him back ...

Here I doubt whether sai doubt vinu as pakhi and virat's son....that episode didn't played out until now otherwise it should be random...it will be virat who will come.across savi first...Sai won't look back...so even if vinu is alive she won't come to know...when he knows about his daughter virat will go on revenge mode as he was grieving for 5 years and savi is the child he dreamed....the base of ghum is love triangle..it won't change....whatever is the story I don't think they will compromise sai ss...if they wanted they could have given daughter to pakhi via surrogacy..but they didn't...since only sai's daughter from her own womb will be accepted by audience...and trp audience love devdas husband ...
