I want to hear her story too!) but the sister teamed up and made it happen for Zoya that Amir and his folks could come over. Bano and Ayesha phone conversation.. Asking for money.. own pride.. knowing each other's situation.. dilemma's...

I am fascinated by mostly Basit, Ayesha and Bano.. Bano is the actual mom in that household I feel. And Yes, we will see more of Bano.. Especially, since Basit will check for a job for her. Will she be his new PA? It will give him the chance to get to know her, and with that Ayesha, better.. and perhaps more events together.. mennnn I want her paired up with Fahad - I know.. I need to be patient.. So much has to happen first...

Rishu, the things you have an eye for, always hits me right to the heart... I love the way you identified the bond between the sisters. Bano and Ayesha truly have one of the most beautiful bonds between sisters that we have seen on screen. The fact that they want the other to have what they themselves might have lost out on makes their love for each other (and you rightly point out how their love encompasses Zoya as well) that much purer. Zoya has a more combative mode of approaching life and relationships. I would like to imagine that Bano is more like their dad (emotional, soft, loving, giving), Ayesha is a mix (loving, giving but also practical with an eye to the objective realities of their situation) while Zoya is like their mother (practical, selfish, materialistic).

I want Basit to understand the sacrifice Bano has made for the sake of the family. Only then will he understand Ayesha's love for Bano. Bano is truly the parent in the house because Qudsia has no parental instinct in her. I want to see what treatment Bano will receive in the office. I hope she will prove her mettle and show Basit that she is not all talk. I want Basit to genuinely respect at least those of Ayesha's family members who are worth respecting.

hehe...and yessss...i am all for the Fahad-Bano ship as well. Fahad seems like a genuinely warm affectionate and grounded sort of guy. He would help Bano heal. Please Habs universe, hear our pleas and make this come true!!!!

This series is giving me Pride and prejudice vibe .not entirely, but may be some plots . ( The sisters and the greedy mother along with the understanding elder sister ... Gareebi to phir hai hi common 😅)

I saw the ost . Where Zoya is seen sneaking from her home ( probably running away from home ) . So here Basit will come like Mr Darcy and save them from getting humiliated by giving them the dowry ) and probably that will the time when Ayesha would fall in love ....completely , irrevocaly ♥️👍♥️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

hmm.. maybe you are right.. more pain and unresolved issues can be good for the story too and for Ayesha and Basit to get closer. Though Sadia is very much a mother figure for Ayesha as well. she guides her also on how to create a space / place for herself in that house (and that is not to only run the household).

Basit while feeling sorry and wondering where his Ayesha went too (though... he seemed not worried that she had ran away and would never return like his mom) that line was repeated, that here is the only place on the balcony where non of your things are.. perhaps he will let her redecorate the interior make the house more a home to her too.. it will give her something to do too.

Really, many things are in my mind, but for that we have to take it more per episodes and scenes.

If Sadia actually passes away, then it will be through Ayesha that Basit will learn of the love his mother carried in her heart for him. I don't know what direction the story will go...have you seen the ost video yet?? That video gave me serious angsty vibes. Now I am up for both...be it a happy resolution between mother and son or the angsty unresolved saga of grief and regret...hehe...And yes! I adore Ayesha and Sadia's interactions.

Basit's growing awareness of Ayesha was already something that ep 13 part 1 gave us. But after that horrible moment and after Ayesha leaves the house, that scene of him walking around alone and thinking back on what she said about the house being full of HIS stuff which she has no right to touch...what a beautiful moment. His eyes were wet with tears, did you see? I am so glad they did not show him crying. We see Ayesha praying after their horrible argument but Basit ...we are left to imagine. It was better this way. His regret should come out in his actions and the first change we see is how he speaks to Ayesha's mother...earlier he was so rude to her...but this time he spoke politely, normally. He realised Ayesha had not even told him about the guests coming to see Zoya and had it been before he would have said he couldn't come, he was busy, etc. But now he comes, he wants to take her back with him. Even though he realises that Ayesha is forced by circumstances to return with him, he doesn't make too big a deal of it.

Btw did you see while driving he was leaning towards her...his body language showed he wanted to bridge the distance. Things are far from the point where he can just reach out and take her hand but it is there, the desire in him to come close to her.

Ayesha redecorating the house? hehe...I think if he asks her to do this at this point, she will refuse. Once bitten twice shy... But perhaps a little further in the future....

This show...like you can spend hours discussing each frame!!

Nice creative pictures. My thoughts:

First picture

Basit has a firm hold over Ayesha. Whether this is only physically, as in to keep her from walking out of his life, out of his loneliness, desperation or him being possesive and traditional thoughts, I am not sure.
I think that it is more so emotional. Basit has a hold over her emotionally and the other way around. Look at the facial expressions, the intensity. Their is passion in the way he looks at her and holds her. I even like to go bit further (exaggerated perhaps).. He holds her from right to left, left is where the heart is. It is almost he is appealing to her heart to stay with him and dont ever leave him. he will protect her and her heart.
Her facial expressions, we see her emotions. Intens and sad. but then.. it almost looks like a determination that she knows what she will do.. she will stay.. by the looks of her hand placed on him. she does not push him away... it gives me the feeling that she too will protect and reassure him that she will not leave (in the end). the way she stand in front of him, it could also be that she is defending or protecting him and he is protecting her in his turn.. but.... I should stop looking at the pic now which I have enlarged haha LOL

The picture is blurry which is either just a hip thing to do, or it tells us that the things are not as it seems.. Either the happy-happy smile is real and they give us a sneak-peek into the future or their happy faces are masks hiding what actually is going on..

I have a talent in writing so much and keep saying the same thing LOL

No it's not anti basit ..but let's just keep our perspectives and not question others(we aren't doing it yet but may be in future ) . I try to clarify / accept only those things which I can understand 😆but that's me.. It's ok ..we need not approve it as no two people will be ever similar ..in our personal life it's our choice but watching a show as a third person puts us into this argumentative mode..so let's welcome everybody's opinions ..

Yes this has been the issue , I think it's the only issue right now but the guy has made crystal clear that he can't understand relationships as ayesha does and he needs time ..in the balm scene he was very clear to her that he didn't know what all this decision will bring to him . It's all new , he just knows he will try to nibaho it with full honesty and willingness . This is not the first time he lost control over his anger..he did it for a mere envelope. But he didn't do it in the study or while trying to explain her abt the job situation. Only when ayesha mentioned divorce he did. They don't have to agree on whatever the other is saying ..some issues need to be discussed but how can they? They don't communicate as of now . She just has to get him to talk but it may take time.

Yes he doesn't know how to keep his partner happy and contended ..that's basit ..his mind is full of fear and insecurities , he has abandonment issues ... His most precious relationships were never there for him, he wasn't ready for new ones. His father's will forced him to get married otherwise he would have never did it..what exactly will change him is what the show is all about

To be very very honest though, I prefer the Main na Munh Kholi song to Sanson Ki Mala. Anthony's music has a particular softness to it that creates warmth while the other song is more traditional. On this matter at least it can be said that whatever happens happens for the best! 😳

I have no clue about all the background and all but I also love and prefer the Main na Munh Kholi song. And it gives a more unique, soft vibe to it. The way I hear it, it is sad and happy at the same time.. I have the one-sided love, the new and subtle initial phase of love and more types of love in mind..

In the recent episode Basit disrespects Sadia in front of Ayesha and the house help. Ayesha is in shock. And I am happy to see her walk off. Good that she does not support this nor wants to be a part of this. Sadia needs to stand up for herself. Yes, she walked out of Basit's life but how and why? She can choose to clarify or keep things to herself, but mom or not, she deserves respect too.

In your earlier post about the song you mentioned whatever happens happens for the best!
Basit assumes only but has no idea.. he does not ask Sadia or starts a deeper conversation with her. Of course he is hurt so badly, he also has a right to ask his questions, to speak his mind but at the moment he is assuming that she left and had a fabulous life without him and his dad. Sadia looks tired and sometimes even a bit old.. I mean to say, in her facial expressions I see mostly pain. Maybe it will turn out that she did Basit a favor. Where is this man she left his dad for? Does she have a whole new family? We know so little of her and what secrets she has.

So after the attack, she cannot die.. not yet.. she needs to recover and they both need to heal.. and I need to know the full story/background 😆

This is gr8. So you have no idea how big star Feroze is. He is famous of doing possessive lover roles.. but here he is a gentleman who only has a complex which makes everyone feel for him . Ushnah Shah isn't popular in this forum, but she is famous too.

When I started watching my first Pakistani dramas I too felt crazy about them . I loved them, and it helped as lot that I had no idea about those actors, everything was fresh . And I felt the characters are the real actors.. plus the chemistry.. I felt it in every drama, although there were no real romance going on.

Thank you very much. This way we can get more members who share their precious discussions and make us fall even more with this drama. I am so happy you won't stop coming here.

Tonight we have 2 episodes.. I'll try to watch them soon, to avoid missing the discussion.😃

Feroze Khan, no I have never heard of him, I even thought that the last e must have been a spelling mistake or something. But he is not only a handsame guy but based on these couple of episodes only I think he acts very well.

Once this is all done or when I have more time, I will ask for your suggestions too on which series I can check more.
