Who are your Top 5 contestants of Superstar Singer 2?

For me it's - Faiz, Mani, Rituraj, Sayisha & Aryananda.

I like Soyab Ali. I think he was given a raw deal. The rest are the same as yours.

Well, for me it is a bit complex.

No. 1 - I am split between Faiz and Sayisha. Faiz is currently more accomplished than Sayisha, so if we were to judget who is ready to be a singer right now, it would be Faiz. But then he is also as much older than her as her total current age. In development terms, that is a very large gap. And if Sayisha is still able to make such an impact, then she is probably one of those gifted children. I am therefore considering this as a tie.

No. 3 - Rituraj. Very close behind the above two. He is extremely skilled, but being a boy, we just have to see whether or not nature is kind to him as he grows older.

No. 4 - I would probably go with Soyab here over Mani. Soyab hasn't got the backing of the makers and yet at every opportunity he has got, he has shown that he is one of the best.

No. 5 - Aryananda or Pranjal, but probably Aryananda just ahead by a nose because of her superior technical skills. She really needs to work on her projection and diction. Had she shown the same improvement graph over this season as Nihal did in II12, she would possibly have been an unbeatable #1 by now, or at least in a 3-way tie with Faiz and Sayisha.

For me Faiz, Rituraj, Sayisha, Soyeb and fifth is between Aryananda, Pranjal and Mani also maybe Rohan too.

All of this is moot, seeing how Chetanya and Pratyush are being hidden behind duets in every episode 👎

For me it is Faiz. Rituraj, Sayisha, Soyab & Mani/Arya

Faiz of course scores over everyone. He is ready for playback. It’s actually unfair for the other kids to be competing with him - the age group is so broad & Faiz & Sayisha are the 2 extremes of the spectrum,

I have put Rituraj above Sayisha since he scored on consistency - Sayisha had slipped in between.

Soyab - has great potential but got sidelined in Mani mantra.

Actually Mani or Arya at the fifth place for me :- Arya would’ve aced over Mani if not for her flaws which we have discussed. Mani though talented, being untrained, has a long way to go. So the pros & cons of both are more or less same for me.

That being said, we need evaluate them only at the current status.

No.1 Faiz & Sayisha. (joint winner)

No.3 Rituraj

No.4 Rohan. (if given solos, he would have come far but makers made him do duets to safeguard Pratyush)

No.5 Soyab (makers treated him just like Rohan)

(Makers knew No.4 & 5 had more chances than Mani, chetaniya & Pranjal if they had performed solos every week). My opinion, no offence

Unfortunately Aryananda had chances but seems she did not take advantage whenever she performed. Otherwise Shen would have been in top 5.
