It was an expected episode. Chaos will ensue between the families for few more days. I liked one thing - Abhimanyu didn’t blame Akshara directly for Anishas death because that would have been too much. He got angry she sided with Kairav. Also - the painting Anisha bought for Kairav - why now after Anishas death they’re bringing all this to light? To show she was genuine, in love with Kairav and got trapped? If that’s the case it’s okay - even if it’s not it really doesn’t matter. But that painting did impress upon Birlas that she did love Kairav. Honestly can’t blame them as anyone would think that. Don’t know actual truth. Kairav pleading at the end was not needed - he should’ve maintained dignity that I haven’t done anything and will be given justice by law.

Precap - Abhimanyu is not blinded by his sisters death and realises Akshara is trying to handle both the families. Thank god for that. Unnecessary misunderstanding and too much anti Akshara wouldn’t have gone with Abhimanyu’s core personality. Even after so much happened he’s trying his level best to think calmly and not blatantly blaming Akshara.

The Mike which abhi passed to ak fell infront of kunal..he took in hand threw it away. Later when servant gave its kharab Mike that can be his sister who is in repair on stage and keeps mum due to her disease. And ak gave live performance. So ak gets her credit there as the singer. As of now we can't judge Kunal Maya as positive or negative. As the story has not begun. They are showing Domino's affect first in story and then ak good affect. Abhi leaves his profession without ak and ak will leave abhi to heal abhi thru Kunal. How they get back together need to be seen. Promo might be a part only. We don't know what happened before too. Abhi today blamed kv and kept ak on his side. But he may shout on her for supporting kv. She might have fedup of families blame game and herself blamed for everything. Her leaving him will be many triggered points. Knowing kv and ak struggles hooking to Birlas , Ar won't dare anything. She just concentrates on her studies. And she gets redeemed for ak in this track. If Abhi goes to Goenkas to search Ak, he gets the same treatment like how Goenkas got today in birlas. It's total reboot to everyone in story. Agree...abhi in promo looked like to divert himself he left his profession and roaming like this...the effect and impact...sura sequence was shot for shorter duration only

The promo does look appealing and like a fresh start to characters - as discussed by viewers here, Abhimanyu even though may recover from hand injury - he won’t do surgery. I personally would hate that - him giving up on something that is his existence. But I guess it’s purposely done by makers to show how he’s completely broken to pieces and destroyed without Akshara that he’s now directionless. Maybe he’s still a doctor (which I’m hoping is least makers can do) but not a surgeon. Akshara after their reunion and over time will bring back his confidence as a surgeon and his first love.

As for Akshara - if really that new Maya is taking over Aksharas voice - however illogical - it aches me as the pure soul has always found her identity in her singing. So maybe Abhimanyu will bring back her voice credit to her just as she helps him.

As mentioned by almost everyone on the forum - just promo or new feel means nothing - execution and closing tracks properly is key. As Harshad himself said in interview once - fix the story. Taking leaps doesn’t solve issue if problem is in story. So I hope they strike balance in other characters screen space after leap at least. Arohi after leap - don’t even want to think about her as it’s not worth the time.

I feel that Akshara will be Maya’s caretaker in return for Khera conducting the surgery on Abhi.

In Abhi’s absence HAM will accuse Akshara of Kalesh. And like Katrina Kaif’s character in “Jab tak hain jaan” Akshara may make a promise God that if Abhi’s hand is fully cured, she will leave him. So as Abhi’s surgery turns a success she will want to keep her end of the promise.

Akshara may not be forced to be Maya’s voice. She may do it willingly.

Surat shoot may be just the pieces to show the new and altered Abhi Birla - his clubbing, dare devil antics.
