her performance is going down i agree but i noticed one thing, she gets scared easily and lacks confidence she wasnt like this in first 3 weeks, but once she does a task confidentally she does it well she gets too scared thats her major problem the task she did with faisu honestly she could have done better than tushy if she wasnt so freaked out, she really has the potential but has same problem as pratik gets scared easily
