I don't know why she said 2 yrs. She has been around for more than 2yrs. I guess her first drama was in 2018.

I think she don't want to over expose herself on screen. That geo show might be on air for a while. So she will be seen onscreen for a while.

Anmol's father is her mother's second husband and she has kids from her previous marriage. Her mother's first husband died and then her mother married her father. Her father used to work at American embassy and is now retired. Seems like she is kind of from a zamindar type of family. Sajid Hassan was pulling her legs saying her family owns the entire village.

This is the most i have seen anmol talk about her family. She would have given out the entire family history if Sajid khan didn't interrupt in between 😆.

She said she shot for 3 dramas together for the first time. I l know about asa, geo crapfest. What's the 3rd one? Was bisaat still shooting while she was doing asa or she has another projects as well?

She said she will take a break now and might go to one of her brother's who is in London and might do some course there. Seems like she is gonna take a long break.

She wants to start her own business along with acting.

And she has no plan to get married in the near future, she has set the range of 10 years. I can totally relate to her decision, in Pakistan most married actresses have ended up becoming a housewife. Aiman Khan is one of the example of talent totally wasted, Iqra Aziz has set her career as second priority. Ayeza Khan and Hira Mani are the only successful actresses who have support from their respective spouses to pursue their careers.

Taking a break at this stage of her career when she has got the needed recognition is not a good idea, I think she meant just 3-4 months as she looked tired after shooting for 3 shows one after another, and that Geo masterpiece will at least give her visibility for few months. I don't think she has any plan to go and start a course in London, she just said it because that host was putting too much pressure on studied-related questions. If she wanted to pursue her studies, she could have done that in her own country. Obviously, a degree from London holds much more credibility compared to Pakistan, but then she doesn't need a degree to go and apply for a job as she looked serious about her career in acting, so having a degree from London holds no value. She looked totally disinterested to complete her studies...

Iqra Aziz could have done so much better in her professional life if she gave more importance to her career but then if she prefers family over career it's totally her choice. Since she is so young she could have had kids later even if she got married so early.

I think only very few pak actresses are very passionate about their career. Most of them always prefers family over career and since it's a very patriarchal society very few men support their wives persuing an acting career.

May be that's why anmol don't want to get married so early and according to her insta she is only 22. She is very young to get married anyway. I think she meant doing short courses of few months in London. Not a full fledged course.

Anmol said she did graduation. If she dropped out how is she a graduate? I don't know how the education system is in pakistan but i think there is difference between college and university. In india we say we are in 11th or 12th if we are in highschool but i never heard anything like that in pak dramas and even college going female characters are seen wearing white uniform. So i don't get if they are in highschool or college.

I think if someone decides to be in a profession that don't require any educational qualification there is no need to complete college. The only thing they miss out will be having a college life. The degree will be a waste anyway. If they have a good IQ and keeps themselves aware about what's happening around them then a degree won't matter. Actor Kamal Hassan didn't even complete his school education and nobody will be able to tell he isnt educated from the way he handles himself in interviews. He speaks better English than a lot of actors that went to college. Actor Prithviraj is a drop out from an Australian college and he is literally one of the most intelligent and well spoken actor in indian film industry. Nobody will think that he is just a highschool passout. He is a highly intelligent person and started acting at the age of 18. Now he is 40 and as an actor he has 22 yrs of acting experience. If he went back to complete his degree just for the sake of it he would have simply lost 2-3yrs of acting career. I think even Nayanthara didn't complete her graduation and she speaks really well in her ivs. There are exceptions like Alia Bhatt or ananya pande or kareena kapoor or salman khan that sounds dumb all the time. But it has a lot to do with the upbringing and the environment one grew up in than education.

@Bold Pakistan mein high school 10th class tk hai aur 11th to 14th classes ki studies colleges mein hoti hai aur their 11th to 14th classes ko 1st year, 2nd ,3rd year or 4th year kehty hain. Schools mein uniform blue fork or kameez aur colleges mein uniform full white hota hai.

Thank you for clearing this. I doubted the education system was different from India when i saw pak dramas. My parent's generation passed out of school after 10th and 11th and 12th were in college. It used to be called pre-degree. But 2 decades ago it was changed and 11th-12th got added to schools.

So after finishing 4th year one will be a graduate, right?

What was so special in aik Sitam aur that it finished 13 threads and 14th thread crossed 100 pages. While I see other shows including Mushkil and Dil Awaiz recently which are doing better in terms of you tube views, TRP and maybe insta hype, than ASA are even struggling to cross 25 pages ( Talking about currently ongoing drama Mushkil whose lead pair is quite liked on insta and has much more scenes than Ushroz) of the first thread itself. 😆

I had watched dil awaiz and was active on that thread too. But the story went haywire much like ASA..

Two whole weeks went with shit of Tamanna and her whole fiasco

Plus there was also the fariya's stalking and Sikander's love for that payal.

Dil awaiz and sikander had minimum scenes and that too when the concept was of substitute bride.

The show had so much potential only to be wasted

There are few Pakistani actresses had families at young age and this didn't stop them from making it big. Ayeza Khan and Hira Mani . Hopefully Iqra will be back soon.
