I would disagree because Hamza still doesn't understand that he's part of the reason behind Hala's condition. He still doesn't tell her that the baby is not the only reason he's still with her.

he did say that. When Hala had said that he can leave her now and he had replied, that he doesn’t understand
Hala had said that he had told his mother that he is with Hala for the child and now that there will be no child, he can leave her
