No idea on that - But usually the actors do know what show and what channel when they audition. Usually they know the outline and basics of their characters too and are supposed to act that out so that the casting directors can see whether the actors look the part or not for the show.

Yeah shivi ne bhi bataya tha ke use pata tha ke show sp ke liye hai but ketan ne apni interviews me ye hi kaha hai ke use nahi pata tha or ph pehle sab confidential rakhna chahta tha ab aisa kyu tha don't understand

This is trp of the shows.

Regional shows have different calculation parameters than hindi ones , that's why their trp seems higher
