Kishore Kumar

I came across this video and few articles about Kishore Kumar's biopic. Also there was talk about how his family wanted Ranveer to play his role few years ago. Anurag Basu was working on this biopic since barfi but nothing ever came of it. There were rumors about Madhubala's family having objections on the movie being made but then they themselves are keen on making her biopic 😕 I mean Kishore is anyday a more interesting character and also on the whole his life pre and post stardom was like a fable.. I would definitely want to see Kishore Kumar's biopic with Ranveer playing the part.

Ranveer will ruin the biopic, I don't think anyone in the present generation can play kishore kumar.

He's a good actor and is eccentric madhatter like Kishore. There is also some similarities in facial structure with Kumar. I can totally see him pulling it off.

Even Bappi da wanted him to play him and his family now is very keen on working with him for their dad’s biopic. Between Bappi Lahari , Bajiu and KK I hope and I am sure , if at all, he will pick only one to avoid getting typecast.

Hope baiju never happens. My pick for him would be Kishore!

My pick would be KK too, he had an interesting life but if that does not materialize then Bappi da is another legendary musician and I can see Ranveer doing total justice to his personality 😳
