Hence this theory of Vanku that Sai has only one egg is totally impossible... Every woman has millions of eggs. Which she carries in her ovaries right at birth. Technically those are passed on from grandmothers and their grandmothers...
Even infertile women menstruate.
Which is also why in genealogical studies, mDNA or matrilineal DNA is used to trace history since it is a pure DNA you can trace long back.
If you want to do an interesting read on this... Search for a book called 'Seven daughters of Eve' by Bryan Sykes... It traces human evolution to seven primative females whom we can all trace our ancestry to. They are not perse daughters of Eve but that they can be the earliest of evolutionary mothers (homo sapiens) of each of human race (caucasian, Africans, Mongols, Asiatic etc)
