Since they have showed all the illegal way this surrogacy happened… it’s only morally correct to get the criminal behind bars. However I will believe it if it actually happens since this show has never been about morals or giving any social messages. Hope at least for this track they show it because it’s one thing to show domestic violence which they have showed at least Sai fighting for. If they brush all the crimes of pakhi it is essentially criminal and socially disrespectful and irresponsible to all families who are planning for surrogates. Here’s to hoping they do the right thing.
Also I know everyone is making fun of the tomorrow episode about Virat helping with delivery….I am probably in minority… but I don’t think it’s wrong to deliver. He is an IPS not that it’s their forte but in an emergency they can help. I don’t even think of this as devar cannot help bhabhi. There is nothing immoral to help a pregnant lady deliver. To me it’s just human.. and we have to keep all the other crazy thoughts at bay.
Yes that is if we keep all the background noise at bay.. that she got herself in this situation by walking upstairs to challenge Sai; that she has wrong intentions- steal child and get close to Virat….all I am saying it’s just humane to help. Anyways… just my thoughts!

Hes not skilled to do any delivery and clearly his preparation for handling labor is zilch! And as an IPS its his job to think quickly on his feet and do the smart thing. If Sai doesn't answer he should call his ridiculous family who abandoned a pregnant woman (even when both the people who are supposed to come early work in professions where they can easily have emergencies and get delayed), he can call neighbors to go to help, maybe ask a woman policer officer to come with him. Those are good smart options even if ambulance/doctor refuse to come or take time to come in the inclement weather. Going there utterly unprepared to deal with the situation, with no additional manpower is utterly stupid! Childbirth can get complicated but for the most part it happens automatically! What he really needs is someone like a neighborhood aunty that can help out. Labor in a primigavida lasts really long! Onset of labor pains seh kaafi time lagta hai to actually be ready to deliver. He needs to figure out the quickest way to get her medical attention because the important aspect is to make sure there is mo fetal distress/abruption etc that mandates an emergency C-section. So his focus should be on aleast getting a woman to help. And theres a good chance that Sai will get blamed again for not being there when labor happened. I wonder if she will have a still born from this stair fall causing an abruption. It'll be sad but in a sense it'll be good for the plot. Sai's rage will be even more so justified apart from anyway being completely vaillid already . Sai can then still file a case of illegal surrogacy and also potentially of negligence - it'll be tough to prove but its possible to raise the issue of what/why PP was doing on the stairs despite her room being on ground level. She clearly didn't have an entirely "accidental" fall. She climbed up only to defy Sai like a complete idiot. Some of it was accident but when you make a poor choice, the consequences of that are not just coincidence, its deliberate then. Unfortunately no eyewitness to prove it. But her being on the stairs is a reason for negligence allegation.
The intention behind V helping PP here is not humanity but solely cringe. He is being deliberately put into the role of a "supportive husband" who stays by the side of the woman throughout her labor. We know their intention isnt pure at all. We know what they are like. So there is no way to see this "objectively" and say - oh hes going only to help a pregnant woman. Thats clearly not the case here. Its impossible to believe that he is the only one who can drive home despite floods but his family/neighbors/ Dr pullu/no one else will be able to get there.
How far away have his family gone. Mohit or pullu can even wade through the water to walk home to come and help out! 🙄
This track could easily have been conceived in a way that even though pp called V, family and everyone was stuck in weather, it was only Sai who manages even at personal risk in the middle of the heavy downpour to get to pp, successfully delivered HER baby even though its complicated and then could get to establish her maternal rights - the first one to hold the baby, see the gender, cut the cord. But they have sacrificed it all for the sake of cringe.
And after Sai had done the delivery herself she could have filed complaint. It'd been good argument in court also that Sai put baby and surrogate life first and did her due diligence as both a doctor and as true morher!
