Maybe Make that a requirement on the form next time as its happened a few times now.

It will not submit the form unless that question/reply has been filled in. Saves you the trouble chasing people when they haven't put the name down.

Just compare the lists who who's replied and tag the people who have not sent anything for that round.

I think I added my username because it was all caps then i had to retype it.
