There's a kitchen scent also in the morning and sai feels nauseous with coffee's smell. They're hinting so damn clearly and are saying that she's pregnant, which means she's definitely not.

BAna do naukar. Let him fulfill all the demands. He needs to see through and though. Patralekha is delusional as she thinks Virat will fall for her. When she realises YET AGAIN that he won’t, she will create situations which has the possibility for misunderstandings and even if that doesn’t work, she will take out her Brahmastra - I will give you your child, you give me Virat
