Either the members are busy or they have stopped watching the show. Forum has been quite silent since last few days.

I am yet to watch the episode.

Sat 30th July. Junior citizen special

Chetanya -Soyab :- Chetanya started with a good alaap, but then it was Soyab all the way. Haal kya hai Dillon ka is best to be rendered as a solo, & I wished it was just Soyab.

Sayisha - Hasta hua Noorani chehra was rendered well. But something about Sayisha these days, - that spark is little less. Maybe it is the choice of songs or maybe it is just me with sky high expectations on this chit of a girl. But can’t fault her singing at all. This should’ve gone as a duet.

Faiz :- Awesome rendition of Parda hai - esp the alaaps. One of the best of sat’s episode.

Rohan- Pratyush :- Rohan rocked again. Pratyush was absolutely no match for him, maybe that’s why Rohan was given more lines too. This kid is an overall delightful package.

Mani :- The song was a typical Salman-mani genre, he did well as expected. Dholak also played v well. 👍

Rituraj :- A very easy song, popular too ‘ mere Sapnon ki rain’, but I wished they had given him something else. As usual he did full justice to it.

Pranjal :- an iconic song, Zindagi ke safar mein. No Bengali prelude. Pretty good.👍

Aryananda:- Sun saiba sun was beautifully rendered. She is singing more khulke these days, loved it all the way. The song suited her voice too. 👍👌

Asides…

* Aruna & Samaira were left out - not fair. Hasta hua would’ve worked better as a duet with Sayisha & samaira. It was an apt song for them to be paired. And Aruna could’ve been given a solo. An extra 3 mnts wouldn’t have mattered. The bike Uncle - aunty part could’ve been edited to make room for this.

* HR appeared to be missing for the first song Chetanya-Soyab… filler shots, copy paste… HR finally did DHD 😀

* Couldn’t they get one single junior citizen to come to support Aryananda? She was once again marginalsed, or maybe coz of the language prob they opt out of these…

* Awww 💕…..as expected……PD cheering, enjoying with a hint of pride when Mani played the dholak … and Aru cheering when PD was complemented by HR.
Overall an okayish episode. Not so great, but no drama either.
Top 2 for me were :- Faiz & Aryananda.

Aruna, Samaira, and Pratyush. Instead of her Pratyush should have been elilminated but I guess they are doing team by team.

The cham was missing and I was even thinking that maybe Samaira ke saath pair up kiya hota. I think she did pretty well today's episode though I enjoyed her singing after long time. Just wondering why didn't Faiz got medal he was so good in both episodes.

Pratyush should have gone long time ago but for some reason being favoured. Also don’t like pairing him with Rohan. Rohan is more talented than him. Rohan should be given solo.
