Style of clothes, pose, camera angle, and finally photoshop. Even in her appearances these days she’s wearing very strategically loose clothing that keeps the belly hidden. She made a formal announcement that she’s pregnant so I’m not sure why she’s hiding it. Unless the idea is to officially expose her belly once they start Brahmstra promotions knowing her pregnancy pictures will grab headlines. Or she’s doing an actual pregnancy photoshoot with Ranbir for Brahmstra. Either way they want a bump reveal it seems.
