And just when he was beginning to become successful, the photo magically appears in the tabloids dragging him down that he got all those movies because he was a nephew of Anil Kapoor. Wonder who did this. Your guess is as good as mine!😆

But also, both Ranveer and Arjun (who is super close to Sonam/Anil) said that they got to know each other when filming as they would only bump into each other at some Bandra parties. They would have clearly bonded and known each other intimately if Ranveer was included in Sonam/Anil’s circle. And he definitely wouldn’t have had to audition for roles either.
