@Blue I think that's the case, he left to some private boarding school at age 15, and after that high school got a good University offer for 5 years in Australia. Beechme he stayed at max summer holidays and maybe festivals where he might not pick things, and 5 years University is a long time to recall what he saw for few weeks at age 17 or 18 in Rifaat Manzil.

This means Hamza is around 25, 26 or 27 which indeed is MBA graduation age, and Hala is what ? 17, 18, 19 ? wtf too young 🤪

I am guessing the age gap is lower. Hala must be 5 or 6 and Hamza younger than 10 despite how old the child actor looked. SJ was saying "tumari likaye theek ho gaye" as if he was barely 8 or 9, not 12.

If Hala was 6 and Hamza 9, there's a 3 years gap. Hamza could have left at age 12-14 for boarding school which is way too young to catch up on things and is only back at age 25, or 26. Hala is 22 to 23 then. Which makes sense because 17-18 is too young for University/College.

Wish they had shown the family faking love for hala a bit more and we could have gotten her wedding functions , where Hamza would just burn seeing her decked up. Hala was 4 when she entered into that toxic house,it was mentioned in the show.No clue as to Hamza’s age,he might have been 9 or 10..Arre leave all that,shouldnt Maryam be around 16 or 17 as per logic and the upcoming brothers of Hala even lesser in age🤔..Her dad didnt marry when he came to leave Hala in that house.Suppose Hala is 22 now,might be even less perhaps but no more than 22 given she is in 3rd yr of Uni,no 2nd marriage till Hala was 4 and normally it takes 9 months to pop up a baby considering his 2nd wife is not a wonder woman 😲 and according to that equation Maryam becomes 17 and uske brothers ko hone chahiye 15,16 but we are seeing Maryam as some adult and uske bhai bhi adults hi niklenge i guess😆..Ab yeh kaise possible hua woh bhi writers explain kare

Did he leave for boarding school at 15 and then stayed away from home till he came back for Hala's wedding? Or was it college time? Or later for University?

Because he's severely unaware of HOW hala is treated in riffat manzil, to the point where he THINKS she's treated as equally as sameen and rumi(we see that when comments about her education or when he asks SJ why there's no one invited for Hala's wedding)

That can only mean 2 things:

Hamza gadha hai

Or he left at 15, coz that's like a random age where boys might not pick anything significant/can easily forget events. He could be visiting on festivals or holidays and maybe everyone avoided abusing hala for that while.

Before I also used to wonder how come Hamza doesn't know how Hala is treated despite growing up in ths same household.

But then in episode 27, when Hala was narrating her difficulties to Dadi, she had asked if all this was happening to you, why didn't you tell me?

Tab mujhe laga if Dadi doesn't know the whole thing despite living in the same house, Hamza not knowing is not much surprising🤪 Even Sameen acts/seems oblivious to everything that goes on with Hala.

I guess SJ is really cunning😡 She does most of the things behind everyone's back and tells everyone that Hala is a liar. Puts everything on Hala's head. Don't think most of the people other than Rumi/Sofia probably know the actual horrors Hala went through.

Or the members of Riffat manzil are really thick and their definition of abuse is something else 🤪
