Came across this Video on Gita long back and it really changed my understanding about this Epic poem.
It’s really good and I hope you all will also enjoy listening to it.

Thanks for sharing this!
Our University arranged a lecture with ISKON on Leadership Lessons from Gita. We also have a 18 Day course (Workshop) on Bhagwad Gita every year.
Thank you for sharing.
Growing up, we used to have Shrimad Bhagawatgeeta Recitation contests. Where we had to choose 5 verses and provide a summary in Kannada or English.
Not sure about now.
I remember participating in one organised by Chinmay Mission. Used to recite in Sanskrit. they would give us mini Bhagwad Gita as participation gift.
I am not an expert on Bhagavad-Gītā, but what Roopa Pai said regarding the upside-down Aśvattha tree, that we mistake the branches embedded in the earth for roots, but the Gītā tells us to look up for the root, is not there in the text.
Kṛṣṇa says that the branches spread downwards and also upwards, and the roots also extend downwards, and the point of understanding the infinite Aśvattha tree of chandas-leaves, guṇa-branches, viṣaya-tendrils, and karma-roots is to chop it down with the hard axe of asaṅga, detachment, although its root is most firmly embedded. He does not specify the location of the “padaṃ tat-parimārgitavyaṃ,” the place to be searched for along the tree.
“Klaibyaṃ mā sma gamaḥ Pārtha,” said by Kṛṣṇa to Arjuna, is a transphobic/homophobic slur, like saying “Stop being such a f*g, Pārtha” today. We can appreciate the profound thoughts in Bhagavad-Gītā without pretending that the text is perfect.
She's a great speaker!
In our visual representations of MB also I wish we would include the 'friendship' of Krishna and Arjuna during Bhagavat Geeta more. In most shows, even in BRC and RS' Shri Krishna I've felt the whole Geeta sequence looking more like a lecture hall than two people conversing.
Just like Roopa ma'am said, Krishna doesn't just keep droning incessantly, he uses different tactics to get Arjuna's attention. A little more spontaneity on the parts of both the characters in shows/movies would go a long way to drive the main points home.
