I have never heard of such laws. How does this even get implemented or monitored? Sounds like it’s very easy for 21-24 year olds to manipulate the situation and get away with drinking hard liquor. At the same time it makes it easier for authorities to abuse this law and their position and arrest anyone under 25 under the false pretense of underage hard drinking.

On topic, Aryan should have known better. But I’m wondering if it’s something he didn’t even think about given that this particular law seems to be very lax for people of his socioeconomic status and groups. I somehow doubt he did this out of sheer arrogance of not caring about the law. Will he get I trouble for it? Idk. This could be seen as that gotcha moment some were waiting for against SRK and his family. On the other hand the drug case became such an embarrassment for the drug agency and law enforcement that they might not even look at this in any capacity. Aryan should be more careful going forward though.

The law seems lax for all people, end of. Not just for people of a certain socio-economic status.

This is ridiculousness at it's peak. SO many of my "underage" cousins in India (in Maharashtra, Delhi etc.) go out clubbing and drinking all sorts of alcohol, and we are middle class people, yet no one bats an eyelid. And I know for sure that is the case with multiple people this age.

I hope all the guardians of law here and elsewhere report every such incident, family or not.

People really need to live and let live. There are problems much worse than these the country needs to tackle but no, let's get hung up on a 24 year old adult drinking alcohol, why not. Itna dimaag aur cheezon mein nahi lagta?!

It's impossible to dislike her. Every time I try to forget her, she does something great like touches her nose with her tongue to show her talent, or talk about her struggle, or say she's allergic to rice, or writes a beautiful poem like this (@ 1:21) ❤️
